Here are five survival tips submitted by a Catholic Charities therapist for a less-stressed holiday. 1. Find the balance. Enjoy the fun of decorating, parties and gift-giving in moderation. 2. Be realistic. Set reality-based expectations and focus on what you can control – your thinking about the holidays.
